Timelines, rights, pricing and delivery — the practical side of making a film with Vantawave Films.
A compact production runs two to three weeks from brief to delivery; a full brand film with concept, multi-day shoot and finish usually takes four to six weeks. Expedition and series work is scoped individually. You receive a dated schedule with your quote — and we hit it.
Essential productions start at $4,800, Signature brand films at $12,500, and flagship campaigns are scoped individually. Day rates apply when you need only part of the studio. Every quote is fixed before shooting, and any change is approved by you before it is spent.
You do. On final payment you receive full usage rights to the finished masters, plus the licensed music and stock cleared for your channels. Raw footage archives can be transferred for a handling fee, or stored with us for future campaigns.
Yes — our post-production service exists for exactly that. Send a drive link and we will screen the material, tell you honestly what it can become, and quote the edit, grade, graphics and mix within 48 hours.
Two structured rounds: one on story, one on polish. This keeps feedback decisive and the schedule intact. Further rounds are billed transparently by the day, and most clients never need them.
Completely. Music is licensed for your exact channels and territories, locations are permitted and insured, drone operations are flown by licensed pilots, and talent releases are collected on set. Nothing that could embarrass you later is left informal.
Broadcast and web masters, platform cutdowns in every aspect ratio you need, captioned versions, a stills suite and an organized archive. If your channels change next year, the project file is ready to re-version.
Constantly — twelve countries and counting. Travel is quoted at cost with no handling margin, and remote-first pre-production keeps the on-location days lean. If your story is far away, that is usually a good sign.
